Return
- Standard Returns:
• 7-day return window from receipt date due to quality issue
• Refund based on original purchase invoice value
• Customer responsible for return shipping costs - Customized Products:
• Not eligible for return without quality issues
• No returns or cancellations once production starts or item ships
• New product made and shipped at no cost for quality issues - Shipping Back:
• Get in touch with us and indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
• Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
• Return shipping is at your expense.
• Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance to our return conditions - Responsibility:
• Returned items are the responsibility of the customer until we receive them. Please make sure they are packed properly so as to avoid any damage in transit.
• Make sure to get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
• We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. We are not able to refund any tax or duty charged by customs.
Refund
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Once the refund is processed, it's up to your card company to post the credit to your account, which typically takes 3-7 business days.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
