Shipping Policy
1. Production time
Ready-Made Items:
• 2-3 business days
• Subject to stock availability
Custom Products:
• 3-5 business days
• Affected by design complexity
2. Delivery time
• 6-12 business days
• Up to the freight company and affected by specific address
3. Shipping cost
• PUYU offers free shipping
• Duty tax: PUYU is not responsible for any duties, import taxes or brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping. If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/ customs/ duty/ taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

1. Incorrect address
We hold no responsibility for incorrect addresses given or late changes on addresses. If you do enter an incorrect address, please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to rectify the error. If it does ship before we are able to fix the issue, please reply to our message when the tracking information states that it is being returned to the sender. As soon as we receive it, we will ship you out a new package. The shipping carrier may charge a fee for the return shipping and re-delivery. This charge will be passed on to you.
2. Delivery delay
PUYU is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, PUYU is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance).
3. Your package is sent back to shipper for failure of delivery because of:
- Incorrect address. You are subject to shipping charges for reshipment
- Unable to pick-up/sign the package. You are subject to shipping charges for reshipment.
4. Your package arrives in damaged condition.
We will do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, if your box arrives in damaged, please accept the delivery and contact us. We can then get everything sorted for you.
5. Your package loses tracking on the way to its destination for more than 5 days.
For lost or missing packages, we will provide you with the information of the carrier and tracking number associated with your order so that you may contact them directly. Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages sent to mail forwarding providers.
